These are all so beautiful and unique. Collage never fails to surprise and delight me. What you wrote about unplugging also resonated. I have been distancing myself from social media too, because it feels so loud and overwhelming.

Just splendid art work from all...really exciting to see all of this and how it just seems to blossom during our times together. These are crazy times indeed and such a blessing to have you Crystal and these wonderful meetings to keep us on track. Hey - I actually made progress cleaning my studio today an found tons more ephemera..lnow I'm really gonna have to get going again! At least I can cross the floor without tripping over boxes of junk. Ha!

Progress on the studio clean is huge! Soon you'll be ready to mess it all up again! lol!

Thanks so much, Sally!

I picked up this post on my phone only to find I was expanding everyone's art to see more. Now I'll head to my computer for another look. Thanks, all, for your inspiration!

Good idea to come back and linger over them when you can revisit it on your computer. Thanks Kay!

Unplug! Yes! I needed to read this. For whatever reason and one I cannot figure out, I cannot access my substack via my phone. So I lucked out there! Lol When I go to bed, I keep my phone in another room and go to bed reading a book. But I was doom scrolling today. Holy hell. So right now I shall take Simon out for another walk and come back home to sew. I might put on Schitt's Creek in honor of Kathryn O'Hara. And tonight we are going to support a local mom and pop restaurant.

First, dang, love your collage work!

Second, that was the first I heard of Cathryn O'Hara's passing. I am a huge fan of her work. This is so upsetting. Schitt's Creek sounds like a good soothing balm. I'll be joining you.

I know!! It makes it so much more shocking.

My substack app feed has been a welcome reprieve filled with art and other artists. They do not use the same tricks Meta does to make it impossible to put down--but it is still a temptation to check in too frequently.

And thanks for the idea to revisit Schitt's Creek in honor of Kathryn O'Hara. I'm going to follow suit!

I love how diverse these are in style and experience -- it is one of my favorite things about collage. And your work is such a beautiful addition to the gallery today. Thanks so much for sharing, Marianne!
